hmmm... ur the leaders... if u tell them, they will come. make use of it. It doesn't sound mean, unless they say so. Yeah, that's what i thought. When u say u dont' care, Y did u beg to become leader. Everyone should be informed, otherwise, i agree, Ignorance is Bliss,... or heartbreaking.
i've said it before, and i'll annoy again(cuz the way to stop annoyance is to do what is asked the first time around)... Plan ahead, communicate more. Time is the only thing that cannot be beat... at this time. Ur either with it, or without it.
